PRIVACY POLICY

This privacy policy describes how ABEND ("the App"), developed by Galagonya Games ("the Developer"), handles user data. The short version: the App collects no personal data. It uses Firebase for crash reporting and basic gameplay telemetry only.

> DATA COLLECTION

ABEND does not collect, store, or share any personal information. The App contains no advertising, no tracking pixels, no user accounts, and no social login features. The App does not collect your name, email, location, contacts, or any other personally identifiable information.

The App uses Google Firebase for two purposes:

• Firebase Crashlytics — automatically collects anonymous crash reports (stack traces, device model, OS version) to help the Developer fix bugs. No personal data is included in crash reports.
• Firebase Analytics — collects anonymous gameplay telemetry such as floors completed, enemies defeated, and session duration. This data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify individual users. No advertising identifiers are collected.

Both services are operated by Google and subject to Google's Privacy Policy. The Developer only accesses aggregated, anonymous data through the Firebase console.

> LOCAL STORAGE

The App uses your device's local storage (UserDefaults and on-device files) to save game progress, settings, and preferences. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to the Developer or any third party.

> GAME CENTER

ABEND may integrate with Apple Game Center for achievements and leaderboards. Game Center is operated by Apple and subject to Apple's Privacy Policy. The Developer does not have access to your Game Center data beyond what Apple makes available through their standard APIs (e.g., display name, scores submitted within the App).

> ICLOUD

A future update may add iCloud sync for game progress. If implemented, synced data will be stored in your personal iCloud account and governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. The Developer will not have access to your iCloud data.

> CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

ABEND does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

> THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

ABEND integrates with the following third-party services:

• Firebase Crashlytics (Google) — anonymous crash reporting. Firebase Privacy.
• Firebase Analytics (Google) — anonymous gameplay telemetry. No advertising identifiers are collected. No data is shared with ad networks.
• Apple Game Center — leaderboards, achievements, and challenges. Governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

There are no ads, no ad SDKs, no attribution SDKs, no social login features, and no user-targeting or monetization analytics.

> CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes will be noted in the App's update description on the App Store.
